Today the Nigerian senate is supposed to screen former Rivers state Governor,Mr Rotimi Amaechi. But reports reaching me indicates that his name was omitted for screening today again making it three times his screening would be shifted to a later date..Now I must say the lion of Ubima as he's popularly called is one controversial politician that has been in the news for different reasons .Reports of petition on Amaechi from senate committee on Ethics would be layed before the senate to pave way for his screening.
To many this man is a lion, to others here's one hell of a stubborn man while some see him as a true politician. Whatever name you choose to call him, you cant just ignore the fact that the story of Nigerian politricks would never be complete without him.
As the senate decides whether Amaechi deserves to be in the senate, dear friends what do you think about his fate? Do you see him eligible to occupy the upper chamber of the senate or he's one fellow who has no business being a legislator. Would he make heaven (senate) or hell (home)?

I think some elements in the opposition are just trying to frustrate amechi. Don't thinl it will work though. At the end of the day he will be screened and cleared.

DeleteAmeachi is personally an icon,if I should be in politics,I'll ever emulate him,a lion that can't be controlled. All those fake senators opportuned to be there as a result of PMB and Rotimi should better get their heads right and install d Lion,left to me,he should be d one screening them.

DeleteThe presidency wants Ameachi screened...he will certainly be screened but the presidency has to compromise something to the national assembly leadership. I just hope it won't be to quash Saraki's trial
